2. Found In:
THC is only found in Cannabis plants. Generally, marijuana needs to be grown in warm, humid climates. The typical cannabis flower contains 10-14% THC. This cannabinoid is still illegal in some states.
CBD is not only found in cannabis plants, but hemp plants as well. Hemp can be grown in a wide variety of environments, and contains less than 1% THC. While CBD is found in marijuana, hemp plants actually contain a higher concentration of CBD than cannabis plants do. CBD is legal in some form in all 50 states.
